What You’ll Do
* Design and develop complex, multi-step problems across your domain that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning
* Apply your research expertise to craft problem statements with real academic depth and real-world relevance
* Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, rigor, and conceptual accuracy
* Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model performance
* Ensure every deliverable meets a high standard of clarity, precision, and academic integrity
Who You Are
* Holds a Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
* Strong track record in research, peer-reviewed publication, or complex technical project management
* Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain hard things clearly
* Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold your work to a high standard
* Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously without hand-holding
* Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or AI-related quality assurance
* Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
* Background spanning multiple technical disciplines — interdisciplinary thinkers welcome
