Overview Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting ICAS in the recruitment of its Head of Tax. The Head of Tax will contribute primarily to the overarching purposes of member satisfaction and impactful policy in the public interest with particular emphasis on the tax implications for Owner Managed Businesses, Employment Taxes and VAT. This will be through focussed provision of technical resources and support to ICAS members in Practice and the wider membership community, while influencing and leading on policy development and representing ICAS in relevant stakeholder engagement activities. This role has a large element of autonomy and self-responsibility to deliver across technical and policy areas subject to the support of the Director of Tax, the Director of Practice, the Director of Public Affairs and working alongside the Head of Tax Technical Policy.
