We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior MRI/CT Radiographer to join our team.

Main duties of the job

You will work with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers, Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will report to the Unit Manager and have support from a Clinical Lead.

As a Senior Radiographer, you will adhere to protocols and procedures to produce high-quality images and provide excellent patient and customer care. Our environment encourages teamwork, learning, development, and support.

Job responsibilities

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of CT examinations, gaining valuable experience for career development. You should have a flexible, patient-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and IT literacy. Experience with different CT scans, including contrast and non-contrast, is required.

* Previous cannulation experience is advantageous
* IV Cannulation skills are essential (training provided if needed)
* Evidence of clinical competency
* Flexible approach to work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Innovative, forward-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail
* IT literate
* Ability to work under pressure
* HCPC registered

You will work with a dedicated team and report to the Unit Manager, with support from a Clinical Lead. Responsibilities include adhering to protocols, producing high-quality images, and delivering excellent patient care.
