Office Based – Brand new office, commuting from Poole, Bournemouth, Wareham, Dorchester and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
* Office-based, Monday to Friday 8.30‑5pm with flexibility.
* Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone and email.
* Receive full industry technical training to upskill knowledge.
Qualifications
* Ability to speak with customers on the phone and handle email enquiries.
* Interest in the Engineering or Technical industries.
