PositionSummary:
JD.com is seeking a product manager that can lead the implementation of our business strategy from a technical product management perspective for our eCommerce mobile apps and web apps in European countries such as the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will advise the business leaders on the feasibility of the business strategy from commercial planning and end-to-end product solution capability, and lead the implemantation with the engineering team. You will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Research and analyse commercial opportunities to enhance our technical leadership in eCommerce in European countries such as the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
* Advise business leaders on the financial and technical viability of the new business strategy.
* Manageproductroadmapsandlaunchmilestones,integratingcustomerinsights,industrytrends,anddataanalyticstooptimiseuserexperience.
* Work with cross-functional teams to shape and implement app product strategies based on user needs and business plans that extend to our global markets.
* Empower Business Initiatives and facilitate decision making from both a user-centric perspective and machine learning capability.
MinimumQualifications:
* Recent 5+ years of experience in commercial planning and end to end product solution capability to support business whole lifecyle product management.
* Experience in launchingaminimum viable product (MVP)successfully in a tech company.
* Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,BusinessAdministration,ProductManagement,Finance,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
* Experience inonline-to-offlinebusinessmodel in the UK and one of the following markets, the Netherlands, Germany, or France.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
PreferredQualifications:
* Proventrackrecordoflarge user base apps(e.g.managingappproductswithover1milliondailyactiveusers).
* Experience in eCommerce industry in Europe.
* Experiencein consultancy, ideally specializing in eCommerce, retail, procurement, or supply chain management.
* Experience working across different regions and diverse cultures is advantageous.
* Fluency in another European languages.
