Job summary
As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure the care home has a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You'll take on a variety of tasks, from fixing leaks to gardening, and lead a team while also liaising with contractors. Ensuring the wellbeing of residents is your top priority.
