About the role:
We're looking for a hands-on Seasonal Plant Supervisor to support the department manager in delivering excellent plant care, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into management with great career progression potential within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and mentor the team to deliver expert advice and great customer service.
2. Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring seasonal displays are fresh and visually appealing.
3. Oversee the health and presentation of a wide range of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, bedding, and indoor varieties.
4. Assist with sales analysis and contribute ideas to improve performance.
5. Engage confidently with customers, offering tailored plant care advice and recommendations.
6. Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department, ensuring operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

7. Strong knowledge of seasonal plant care and maintenance.
8. Experience in a retail or garden centre environment.
9. A proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for merchandising and display.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
