in their search for a
Rostering Planning Officer

As
Rostering Planning Officer, you'll be responsible for
building and maintaining flight crew rosters, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Flight Time Limitations. You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, crewing, and training to deliver high-quality, compliant rosters that support safe and reliable flying. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and maintain pilot and third-party rosters using aviation management software
Ensure compliance with
Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
and company procedures
Investigate and report on any regulatory breaches or extensions
Liaise with
Training and Crewing
teams to coordinate training requirements and check flights
Manage pilot leave, fatigue reporting, and qualification tracking
Support operational delivery through strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams
About You:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in
crew rostering, pre-ops, or day-to-day crewing
within aviation. You'll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving, teamwork, and compliance. You'll bring: Experience in a rostering or crewing role within aviation
Understanding of
Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management
Familiarity with aviation management systems (LEON experience advantageous)
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic operational setting
The Package:
£42,105 per annum

33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
