Science Technician

TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a reliable and organised Science Technician to support the science department with the preparation of practical lessons and day-to-day laboratory duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys science, is highly practical and can work efficiently in a busy school environment.
As a Science Technician, you will:
Prepare equipment, materials and solutions for practical science lessons.
Support teachers in setting up and clearing away experiments.
Maintain laboratory stock, manage orders and ensure resources are stored safely.
Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a science lab, school or similar technical environment.
Be organised, methodical and confident handling practical equipment.
Have a good understanding of laboratory safety and procedures.
Be able to work well as part of a team and support staff effectively.How to Apply:
