The Mission
Own the flow from
sale → delivery → cash

Build lean, scalable operations that support growth from £6m to £10m.
Make the business operationally calm, predictable and commercially tight.
Free up the Visionary, Integrator, Sales and Technical leaders to operate in their unique ability.
This role exists to execute the vision - not observe it.
What You'll Actually Own
* Post-sale delivery flow (handover → completion)
* Project coordination & scheduling
* CRM hygiene & quote loading discipline
* Supplier & subcontractor relationships
* Operational process improvement (Lean / 2 Second Lean mindset)
* Weekly EOS operational scorecard
* Capacity & pipeline control
* Cash flow awareness & commercial flow
You own outcomes. Not tasks.
How You'll Be Measured Weekly.
* % Projects delivered on time
* Sales → Ops handover discipline
* CRM accuracy within 48 hours
* Reduction in escalations
* Process steps removed (cumulative)
* Pipeline visibility & capacity control
