The Role:
* Set up all restaurant operating systems, inclusions POS, labour management, stock management and procurement
* Financial budgeting and delivery
* Working to sales goals
* Working closely with the marketing team to schedule a calendar of events maximising sales opportunities
* To create a great atmosphere and culture within the team
* To ensure all staff are trained on customer service
* To strive for accolades and award
* Work to budgeted labour cost percentages
* Keep detailed records of all costs
* To implement new employee's onboarding (induction, scheduling, trainings, and, ordering uniform etc)
* To ensure that the team is always supported in their roles
* To lead recruitment – sourcing new team members and developing the team
* To ensure all health and safety due diligence is completed in line with the standards of the local authority
* To ensure that all payroll information is reported and maintained efficiently
* To always question systems and look for a culture of change
* To suggest and organise team building sessions and activities
* Always keep a positive attitude towards change
* To communicate all new initiatives to the team

Pay: £47,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:
* Restaurant management: 3 years (required)
* Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
* Hospitality: 5 years (required)
* Customer service: 5 years (required)
* Branded Restaurant Management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
