About the Role:
We are seeking bright, energetic, and motivated individuals who are proactive and committed to delivering the highest quality of care. In this role, you will:
Facilitate the client's rehabilitation program developed by his treating therapy team.
Support the client in leading a fulfilling and meaningful life by maximizing his physical and psychological well-being.
Promote the client's safety and independence at all times.
Assist with all activities of daily living, including personal care and independent living tasks.
Build and develop a strong therapeutic relationship to empower the client and advocate for his voice and choices.
Record and report accurately, maintaining excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
Proven experience in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries or similar conditions
Bright, energetic and highly motivated
Ability to think quickly and adapt to various situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
A full driving licence is essential and ability to drive an adapted vehicle
Working Hours:
36 hours per week
Part time hours are also available
Shifts are on a rota system, including mornings, evenings and nights
Rates of Pay:
Weekdays: £16.00 per hour
Weekends: £18.00 per hour
Sleep in Shift: £12.21 per hour
Bank Holidays: £27.87 per hour

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
