About the Role
In this exciting hybrid opportunity, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a set customer base, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. You will be responsible for:
Managing customer accounts and maintaining regular contact
Processing and facilitating orders accurately and on time
Handling enquiries with professionalism and a solution focused mindset
Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
