Job Overview

12 hours per week, term time only

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Art and Design Technology Technician to join the Outstanding team here at Shelley College.

This is a key role within our dedicated Support Team, providing practical assistance to teaching staff and students across the Art and Design Technology (ADT) departments.

We are seeking an organised and proactive technician who will support the ADT department by co-ordinating the use of practical resources and facilities. The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance to staff and students, ensuring the smooth delivery of the practical elements of the curriculum. This will include liaising with teaching and support staff both within and beyond the department.

The Trust

SHARE Multi-Academy Trust comprises Woodside Green Primary, Heaton Avenue Primary, Luck Lane Primary, Millbridge Primary, Royds Hall, Shelley College, Whitcliffe Mount School, Todmorden High School, and Thornhill Community Academy. A central team provides services including School Improvement, Finance, ICT, HR & Payroll, Premise & Compliance, and Governance Services.
