* Taking responsibility for key leadership priorities across teaching, learning and attainment
* Leading, mentoring and developing staff to deliver consistently high standards
* Using data effectively to drive progress and positive outcomes for all pupils
* Contributing to a strong, inclusive and aspirational school culture
Person Specification:
* An established leader within a primary school (or an experienced middle leader ready to step up)
* QTS with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and school improvement
* Confident in monitoring, evaluation and staff development
* Passionate about inclusive education and pupil achievement
