As the Commissioning & Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation. You will lead a small, agile team and work closely with senior leaders, frontline services, and corporate functions to identify challenges, co-design solutions, and implement improvements that make a real difference to residents’ lives. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic insight, operational agility, and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for shaping the programme, managing delivery against key milestones, and ensuring governance and accountability at every stage. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience in programme leadership and transformation delivery, ideally in health or social care. Brings strong strategic thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to manage complex programmes. Communicates confidently and can influence stakeholders at all levels. Is passionate about public service improvement and committed to delivering better outcomes for residents.
