We deliver innovative web‑based software and connected mobile applications that support diverse operational needs worldwide. / About the role: As a DevOps Engineer, you will work across the entire myairops Azure infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimising our environments, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting the evolution of our platform through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative, office‑based working. You’ll work closely with our supportive DevOps Team Lead and wider engineering teams, contributing to a positive culture built on communication, shared values, and continuous learning. /Primary Responsibilities include: Automate manual processes using Azure DevOps pipelines and Power Automate to enable self‑service for engineering and customer success teams. Schedule and monitor cloud infrastructure and customer environment upgrades and deployments. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure quality from requirements through to delivery. Act as a point of contact for DevOps, Azure, and cloud infrastructure queries. Create and maintain build and deployment automation scripts. Develop and maintain Kubernetes‑based applications using Helm, Docker, and other cloud‑native tools. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using configuration‑as‑code Reduce friction in software delivery through automation and process improvement Contribute to a team culture built on communication, respect, shared values, and mutual support. Engage with stakeholders pragmatically to achieve sign‑off without compromising stability or requirements. /Skills and Experience required: Experience as a DevOps Engineer working with Microsoft Azure. Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep, Azure Functions, and Application Insights. Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and tools such as Git and Jira (or equivalents). Strong knowledge of PowerShell, YAML, and JSON. Experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines Experience building cloud infrastructure programmatically. Outcome‑focused mindset with a desire to learn and improve. Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical colleagues. Collaborative team player with a positive approach to shared goals. Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess issues and prioritise effectively. /Desirable: Azure certification(s). Exposure to additional DevOps tooling (e.g., Bicep), Prometheus/Grafana, or other CI/CD tools. Experience with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, or Containerd.
