Our Bournemouth team are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to work in our Bournemouth office. You will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the wider team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential, and you pride yourself on great organisational skills, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a methodical approach, and a can do attitude, then we would love to hear from you.

The role is permanent and full time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum.
Main duties of the job
You will undertake a full range of administrative duties in accordance with the running of a busy office, so this role is pivotal to the smooth running of our service. This is a full-time role based in Bournemouth, although you may be asked to visit our other local sites to support your colleagues in the wider Administration team. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.

Experience
* The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.
* To do this job successfully, you will need:
* experience of providing great administrative support in a busy environment
* the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
* to be confident working in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
* a good level of Maths and English (verbal and written)
* to be organised, able to manage and prioritise your time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
* good analytical skills with an eye for detail
* excellent IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media
* to understand work-based Health & Safety issues
* some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time
* a driving license and access to a vehicle
* If you have worked in a charitable organisation before and/or have knowledge or experience of our client group, that would be an advantage but not essential.
