National Account Manager – Iconic Wine Distributor – London - Up to £70k plus benefits
This company is an established and well known Wine Supplier offering a fantastic range of wines covering a number of well-known regions. This client covers Prestige and Luxury along with National On Trade groups. This company strives for innovation along with a passion for growth.
As a National Account Manager, you will need to drive and grow key national accounts sector through your commercial acumen, personal approach and star quality that corresponds with the company values. The National Account Manager will have the opportunity to manage medium to large size groups along with bringing on new business through their network.
This role is perfect for a candidate who has experience managing National On-Trade groups (and wholesalers) with a track record in growth across the Drinks FMCG sector.

National Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in large national on-trade groups.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
* Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the brand and network with potential clients.
The Ideal National Account Manager candidate:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the drinks industry.
* Strong knowledge of the pub sector and experience managing large national operators and groups.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as required.
