Learn more about us at www.endorhealth.com What You’ll Do: You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations, including processing refills, packaging and checking final products, and communicating with patients, all within an innovative, technology-driven workflow. Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, measure and count medications, prepare labels, and enter patient information into the system. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check new inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications. Customer Service: Provide A level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping them to onboard, use and succeed with the Endor Health app Logistics: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and on time Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols for handling medications. What We’re Looking For: You excel working with multiple software platforms to deliver online care You care deeply about providing a top-tier customer experience You have strong attention to detail You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to get things done You are excited by the idea of getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing organization Adaptability to changing work environments and the unique needs of our pharmacy and partners Key Requirements: Must be able to work in-person at our Surrey pharmacy location Must have valid authorization to work in British Columbia, Canada Registered (RPhT) and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) Familiarity with BC pharmacy regulations and technician scope of practice Remuneration: Starting at $28 per Hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.
