Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a new team in Hereford & surrounding area.
You will be overseeing a portfolio of social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring high quality delivery, strong client relationships, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of planned and refurbishment works across Hereford
* Manage multiple site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee contract performance, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
* Ensure all work meet health & safety, quality, and compliance standards.
* Support tendering, pricing, and programme planning for new and existing contracts.

* SMSTS/First Aid
* Basic DBS (Hays to process)
