Utilising diagnostic skills, individual and group coaching, and optimising available funding, you'll empower individuals to secure sustainable employment. You may operate across various locations, including fixed sites and community venues, ensuring accessibility for all. Meeting targets and adhering to program obligations and processes is essential in this role.
