Rate of Pay: £89.35 - £117.82 per day
Summary:
Caretaker / Cleaner role supporting the upkeep of low-rise residential properties and surrounding areas. The position involves general cleaning, basic maintenance, and ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out cleaning of communal areas including corridors, stairwells, and entrances.
* Undertake general caretaking duties across low-rise properties.
* Perform mobile caretaking duties across multiple sites when required.
* Manage waste disposal, including bin handling and litter picking.
* Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
* Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in cleaning or caretaking roles.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
* Good understanding of health and safety practices.
* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for the role.
