Person specification

Knowledge, skills and training



Essential criteria

* NVQ Level 3
* Competent in IT skills
* Previous ED/MIU/UTC expereince
* Evidence of continuous professional development

Desirable criteria

* Demonstrable knowledge of Minor injuries
* Experience in using System 1
Job Specific



Essential criteria

* Evidence of Minor injury skills, e.g plastering, wound care

Desirable criteria

* Evidence of recording patient data alongside national standard e.g. NEWS
Information Technology



Essential criteria

* Extensive use of IT and clinical systems

Desirable criteria

* Ability to learn new IT skills
