Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Weekend Sales Negotiator. This is a part-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. You will work a lternate weekends 9 till 4 on Saturday and 11-3 on Sunday. The basic salary will be £11.44 per hour plus an individual commission scheme. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging potential sellers to use our full range of services to sell their property. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and use it to improve our services. Handle customer complaints and disputes. Conduct market research to identify potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Monitor competitors’ activities and report changes in the market. Keep up to date with industry trends and news. Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding residential sales. Requirements: Ideally experience in a customer service sales role ideally within the Property industry, although this is not essential as full training will be given. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of customer service principles. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of the local market. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy.
