Business Analyst – Client Services - Buy-Side
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum + benefits
We are partnering with a leading buy-side organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in delivering client services and driving strategic client change initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to review and optimise CRM processes, delivering improvements across systems, processes, and data in line with Client Services objectives.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the buy-side.
* Strong SQL skills, with proven ability to interrogate data.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
