Business Development Sales Consultant – Fire & Security
Location: Bradford (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility for Experienced Candidates)
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Identify and win new business opportunities across the fire & security systems sector
Build strong, long-term relationships with end-users, FM providers, consultants, and decision-makers
Promote a comprehensive range of services including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and maintenance packages
Prepare and present proposals and tenders, aiming to exceed sales targets
Cross-sell wider company service offeringsWhat You’ll Need:
Proven B2B sales experience in fire, security, or life safety systems
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. BS 5839, BAFE, NSI)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
A self-motivated, proactive approach to business development
