We have a really friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. We are currently recruiting for the position of Head Housekeeper.
As Head Housekeeper, you will have previous experience managing a housekeeping department, preferably within a hotel is also ideal. You will have great leadership skills and be friendly and motivated.
Day shifts only, working 7:30am – 4:30pm
A successful Head Housekeeper candidate will:
Able to lead and manage the team effectively
Deliver high standards of cleanliness
Build morale and motivation
A good eye for detail with a passion for delivering very high standards of customer service
Able to remain calm under time pressures
Provide genuine hospitality to our guests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Deliver training and development to the team
Flexible with a willingness to learn
Have a full driving licence and access to a car, due to location
