What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve sales targets for your territory and represent the company professionally. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, adhere to company policies, and aim to grow profitability through proper pricing strategies.
How You'll Create Impact
1. Sell exclusively the company's products as directed by management.
2. Develop relationships with orthopedic surgeons and allied personnel.
3. Provide or arrange training on Zimmer products, without assisting in surgeries.
4. Follow up on leads and visits promptly.
5. Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
6. Gain knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
7. Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training.
8. Care for samples and instrumentation properly.
9. Assist in stock checks as required.
What Makes You Stand Out
1. Experience in selling medical devices.
2. Understanding of medical language and anatomy.
3. Knowledge of the product portfolio.
4. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
5. Educational background to at least 'A' level or equivalent.
6. Knowledge of the territory and hospital personnel.
