Deputy Manager Criteria: Aged 22 years or over (Ofsted requirement) NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) At least 2 years experience in residential childcare, supporting young people A valid manual driving licence Unfortunately, we are not able to accept applicants who require sponsorship for this role.
