Responsibilities and Requirements
* Fully competent HGV driver with a minimum of 2 years proven experience
* Ability to read and interpret maps and use GPS navigation systems effectively
* Strong organisational and time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
* Load and unload securely and efficiently, ensuring proper securing techniques are applied
* Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and safety standards while operating the vehicle
* Good communication skills to understand instructions including movement orders and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid CPC & tacho card
* NPORS, CSCS, Lorry Loader, IPAF (preferred)

Shift Patterns and Experience
We are recruiting drivers for shifts including Monday to Friday, 4 on 4 off, and Friday to Monday. Crucial experience driving Category 2 Heavy Haulage vehicles, loading/unloading, and securing plant on construction sites following movement orders is required. C+E Licence is required.
