Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office Based Role – 5 days per week)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

What You’ll Do
* Providing support to the internal and external system users in person and/or virtually
* Providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system
* Various Office IT process/project support
* Supporting onboarders into the business with initial laptop set up
* Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept
* Perform hardware recycling activities
* Build and distribute devices
* Shared mailbox administration
Who You Are
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Strong understanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance
* Knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
* Knowledge of ITIL methodology in an operations environment
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience of working in a similar role
