Overview
The Paralegal will join the Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance Team, which forms part of the wider Real Estate Finance group.
The team advises lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on complex, high‑value transactions in real estate finance and infrastructure projects across transport, energy and digital sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day transactional support on real estate finance and infrastructure matters
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of loan agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
* Support transaction management, including tracking conditions precedent, maintaining checklists and coordinating closing processes
* Conduct legal research and assist with drafting tasks where required
* Support structured real estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactions
* Assist on infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectors
* Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams to support efficient transaction delivery
* Assist with general team administration and document management
* Contribute to business development activities, including preparing materials for pitches and credentials
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous paralegal experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or a similar transactional practice area (preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good drafting and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* A strong interest in real estate and infrastructure finance
