What Youll Do
* Support the Bids & Tender Executive with document preparation and tender responses.
* Maintain our Commercial SharePoint library and ensure accurate records.
* Assist with supplier and customer questionnaires, pricing comparisons, and data input.
* Help manage the Sales Support & Admin ticketing system.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Carry out general admin tasks such as creating accounts and updating contracts.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
* Exposure to bids, tenders, or commercial documentation (training provided).
* Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms.
