Main Duties
* Manage and Support Conveyancing Transactions: You'll play a pivotal role in the residential conveyancing department, handling a diverse range of matters from initiation to post-completion.
* Diverse Caseload Expertise: Your work will encompass various aspects, including freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build transactions, and shared ownership schemes.
* Leadership and Client Development: As a team leader, you'll not only manage but also expand the firm’s client portfolio, requiring proven managerial skills and a flair for business development.
