Team Leader (Repairs/Damp/Generic) Waverley Court Salary: £39,129 - £46,023 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks We have an exciting opportunity to join the Council's Housing Service as a Repairs Team Leader working citywide with responsibility for our Property Inspection team and our workshop and plant store. As a Repairs Team Leader, you will lead a team of property inspectors responsible for checking that work has been carried out to a high standard. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service, one that prioritises excellent outcomes and consistently strives to improve tenant satisfaction with our repairs service. You will also be responsible for our workshop and plant store, ensuring it is managed safely and efficiently and meets the needs of our repairs teams. We are looking for candidates who are ambitious and committed to improving service delivery and places our tenants at the heart of everything we do. You will be required to ensure that works are carried out to a high standard whilst being compliant with the relative health & safety frameworks. The successful candidate will be confident in their management and leadership experience.
