Customer Service Agent – £26,208 per annum
Location: Syston

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every call is an opportunity to make a difference? We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who can offer a professional, dedicated, and personal experience to every customer who contacts our Customer Service Centre. If you’re ready to be the voice of a trusted brand and help shape the customer journey, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
* Managing customer orders accurately using SAP
* Building strong relationships through personal and empathetic communication
* Navigating systems efficiently to keep customers informed
* Resolving issues and complaints with confidence and care
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
* Supporting team morale and contributing to CSC’s goals
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum Grade 4/C GCSE in Maths and English
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with SAP and Syncrotess systems
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a large, target-driven environment
