The Role:
Our home helps provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, cleaning, and companionship, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support in the comfort of their own homes. This is a permanent role with a guaranteed employment of at least 42 hours per fortnight.
You will need
* Experience: Previous caregiving experience is preferred with a willingness to provide both housework and personal care.
* Reliable & Dependable: Must be punctual and trustworthy, with a commitment to providing the best care possible.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with clients and their families, so clear and kind communication is essential.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 42 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team.
Salary: $57,130 to $62,486 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

Eligibility:
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Certificate 3 in Individual Support / Aged Care or other relevant qualifications if employed to provide personal care
* Current first aid certificate
