Overview
Join M&S in Clothing & Home as a Customer Assistant. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers discover our fashion items and Home & Beauty products.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy; ensure shelves are stocked with products.
* Monitor and contribute to daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and help customers find what they want.
* Be flexible to work across various areas of the store as needed.
