Job Description
1. Ideally based in Gloucester
2. Operate the H125B3 Single Squirrel safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and UK CAA regulations.
3. Conduct pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and post-flight reporting.
4. Carry out missions in varying operational and weather conditions across North Wales and beyond.
5. Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and operational discipline.
6. Work closely with operations staff, engineers and clients to deliver reliable service.
7. Ensure all documentation, flight logs and compliance records are completed accurately.
8. Support operational readiness and contribute to continuous improvement in flight safety.
Qualifications
9. Valid UK CAA Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) – CPL(H) or ATPL(H).
10. Current type rating or recent experience on the H125B3 / Single Squirrel preferred.
11. Valid Class 1 Medical.
12. Strong knowledge of UK aviation regulations and safety standards.
13. Excellent decision-making skills and sound airmanship.
14. Right to work in the UK.
15. Instrument Rating (IR) preferred.
16. Mountain flying experience desirable.
17. Winch, utility, offshore or specialist operations experience advantageous.
18. Instructor or examiner experience beneficial but not essential.
19. Desirable experience operating in challenging weather and coastal environments.
