Role Overview
1. Lead support, governance, and assurance services across our Group Transformation portfolio.
2. Establish a Centre of Excellence for best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Develop the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue and ensure effective portfolio-level processes.
Responsibilities
4. Collaborate closely with Enterprise PMO leadership.
5. Manage PMO Analyst resources for portfolio operations.
6. Support quality assurance efforts and drive process improvements.
7. Develop executive reports showcasing portfolio performance.
Skills and Experience:
8. 3+ years of PMO Management experience.
9. Expertise in governance, assurance, and project methodologies.
10. Proficiency in improving planning and reporting frameworks.
11. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and adapt to project needs.
