You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient movement of goods while delivering a high level of service to clients. Key Responsibilities Managing end-to-end import shipments (sea freight bias) Handling and processing pre-alerts from overseas agents Coordinating with shipping lines, hauliers, and internal teams Overseeing documentation and shipment progress Supporting customs processes (in-house customs team in place; knowledge beneficial but not essential) Completing invoicing and file closure accurately Ensuring excellent communication with customers and partners Note: This role is operationally focused-no quoting or sales responsibilities.
