Thekitchens main aim is to cook and serve attractive pub food with acreative slant which expresses individual personality. They areknown for consistent flavorful food that is inspired by the pubssurroundings and driven by local seasonalingredients.
Therole is permanent full time and livein (within a nice shared house)is available for only 150 permonth.

Requirements
Eithera Chef de Partie or a Junior SousChef.

Haveyour own transport (10minute drive from theaccommodation).
NVQqualifications are preferred but notcompulsory.
