Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PCB design, electronics development, and wiring design, playing a key role in developing and improving our products. This position requires both technical expertise and a hands–on approach, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams for new and existing products.
* Perform root cause analysis on design and manufacturing issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
* Integrate and configure logic controllers (PLCs or microcontrollers) into system designs.
* Work closely with cross–functional teams (manufacturing, testing, and mechanical) to ensure seamless product integration.
* Stay up to date with electronics and PCB design trends, components, and industry best practices.
* Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
Skills & Experience
* Strong background in electronics and PCB design (schematic capture, layout, and component selection).
* Practical experience with wiring design and harnessing.
* Proficient in root cause analysis and problem–solving methodologies.
* Hands–on skills in soldering and prototype assembly.
* Familiarity with logic controllers, microcontrollers, and embedded systems integration.
* Knowledge of system–level design principles and standards.
* Experience with LabView (or similar test automation tools) is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
