THE ROLE
What you'll be doing
1. Lead, manage and deliver end-to-end website projects and enhancements across BAU, optimisation and transformation initiatives
2. Own the day-to-day maintenance and performance of our e-commerce website
3. Gather requirements from Marketing, Leasing and Tech teams, translating them into clear user stories and prioritised backlog items
4. Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Operations Manager to deliver growth-focused projects ahead of peak season
5. Define and refine detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, aligned to business needs and the Drupal platform
6. Manage agency and internal development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
7. Conduct QA and UAT testing, providing clear feedback until acceptance criteria are met
8. Upload and maintain website content including copy, imagery, video and components
9. Ensure all planned activities and changes are clearly communicated across stakeholders

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
15. Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Product Owner within e-commerce (agency or client-side)
16. Strong hands-on experience managing websites for high-growth B2C brands
17. Solid technical understanding of CMS platforms, ideally Drupal, with experience uploading and managing content
18. Experience working with Jira, Figma and Miro, with familiarity in HTML and CSS
19. Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, integrations, APIs and customer journeys
20. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical deliverables, as well as briefing web developers
21. Analytical, inquisitive and detail-oriented, with a strong delivery mindset
22. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
23. Passionate about best practices and creating frictionless customer experiences
