Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours. Monday-Thursday (Office based), Friday (Working from home)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To exceed and manage customer expectations by co‑ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to Stellantis Group employees and affiliates
* Manage the inbound site processes and goods in transit inspection, ensuring each vehicle is in an agreed standard condition to handover to customer
* Familiarise yourself with the Stellantis defleet standards and produce fair estimates in line with these requirements
* Ensure the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured as well during operating hours and non operating hours
* Support to manage the handover site and vehicle movements, ensuring optimum site processes to ensure an efficient operation for customer
* Answering customer calls, dealing with queries in line with service delivery requirements
* Engage with the customer and build a rapport canvassing feedback about the handover and ideas on how we can continuously improve
* Managing system updates & Data Entry to support the End to End processes of the Operation

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Customer Service or Customer facing experience is essential
* Motor industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential
* Have a high level of attention to detail
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - Verbal and written
* Able to deal with challenges and uncertainties
* Building robust relationships with customers and suppliers
* Ability to work under pressure, working towards deadlines
* Good computer skills using all Microsoft packages and in‑house data‑bases
* Strong Team Player
