Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Administration Officers to join the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley in various departments. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Facilitate effective communication between different departments of the Shire, staff members, and the community.
* Utilise organisational, time management, and planning skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Uphold a high level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Please note that this position is based in Derby with a base salary range is from $61,654 - $67,905 plus generous allowances (up to $15,104), superannuation (11% & up-to 7% Council matching), and 5 weeks annual leave.
