Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate and proactive Emotional Wellbeing Support Assistants to work full-time in SEN schools across Bolton
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with emotional and behavioural challenges
* Help pupils develop coping strategies, resilience, and self-regulation skills
* Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies
* Support the implementation of personalised wellbeing plans
* Promote a nurturing and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEN needs
* A background in youth work, counselling, psychology, or education is desirable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathy, patience, and a calm approach to challenging situations
* Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
