We are seeking a product manager who has led product initiatives to deliver at pace, in multiple environments and who is especially good at distilling complexity into simplicity.
You'll be particularly interested in building software solutions that can leverage and enhance human expertise and value in the age of AI.

Role overview

Our Software and Data division brings some of the best financial advice technology minds together to build powerful solutions that can transform how advice businesses operate and ultimately drive better outcomes for end consumers.
This role is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of brilliant human compliance expertise and deep advice technology understanding, to define and design leading compliance tech solutions.
In this role you will deliver a more holistic understanding of what great regulatory services look like, an ability to connect and integrate solutions, and a deep understanding of the full range of needs an advice business has.
This role reports in to the Product Operations Manager and will work closely with the Fintel Services Technology Director.
Role responsibilities
* Shape and drive forward our compliance products offering in the age of AI.
* Create and own the product vision and strategy behind how we deliver the compliance services of the future.
* Work with a squad of developers to design and develop innovative solutions.
* Work with leadership and stakeholders across the whole Fintel group to understand their goals and priorities and manage the product backlog to reflect that.
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years SaaS / digital product experience.
* Evidence of being able to deliver at pace within complex or matrix-managed. organisations, bringing a positive approach and finding creative solutions to remove blockers.
* Evidence of developing product initiatives in a truly customer-centric way; ability to distil customer insights and business needs into a compelling product strategy.
* A deep understanding of customer research and UX best practices.
Evidence of being able to distil regulatory and business complexity into simple and impactful solutions.
* Entrepreneurial mindset.
* A high-level understanding of generative AI, AI agents and LLM integration within software application.
Location
The team work remotely so there is no expectation to spend defined time in the office. However, it would be useful if you can get to the office from time to time to meet stakeholders and get to know the business. Our offices are in Wythenshawe, south Manchester and Huddersfield.
