This is a hands-on leadership role where you set the pace, drive productivity, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
The Opportunity
✔ Lead, support, and motivate a skilled Technician team
✔ Own workshop loading, quality control, and first-time fixes
✔ Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
✔ Improve workflow, efficiency, and profitability every day
✔ Ensure H&S and manufacturer standards are consistently met
